Specializing in helping undervalued communities—a term she created to describe groups historically overlooked and denied opportunities due to being seen as less valuable—achieve financial success, Tiffani has built a distinguished career advancing the economic rights of these groups.

Her academic achievements include a Cannabis Law certificate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, earned to advocate for communities historically penalized in the now-legal cannabis markets, ensuring they have access to opportunities previously denied. She also holds a Juris Doctorate in International Law from the same institution and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University of Sacramento. Tiffani is admitted to practice law in California, U.S. District Court Eastern District, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, she is an investment advisor representative in California.

Residing just outside Sacramento, Tiffani enjoys life with her daughter, dog, cat, and an impressive collection of over 200 houseplants.
