Tiffani Sharp, Esq., ABFP™

Tiffani Sharp is a licensed attorney, investment advisor and real estate advisor who specializes in asset attainment, business formation and development, estate planning, succession planning and generational wealth building with over 20 years in helping undervalued communities grow, build and succeed.  She has spent her entire legal career advancing the economic rights of marginalized and underrepresented communities and has worked extensively in matters involving state and federal law, constitutional law, business and equity law, women’s rights, immigration, and equity, diversity and inclusion.

Attorney Sharp has also written and lectured extensively on legal and social topics relating to business law and entrepreneurship, wealth generation and economic equity, women's rights, and international human rights.  In addition to being an advocate, she has traveled extensively to economically developing counties to work with women and marginalized communities to improve their socioeconomic status and help them gain empowerment to and through entrepreneurship.  She is also Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator, an Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional (ABFP™),  advises on real estate transactions and runs the only Black woman-owned independent registered investment advisory (RIA) firm in the Sacramento area, T. Sharp Wealth Management LLC.

 Attorney Sharp is an an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator. She earned her Cannabis Law certificate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2001 where she also earned her Juris Doctorate in International Law in 2001. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1997 from California State University of Sacramento. She is admitted to the California State Bar, U.S. District Court Eastern District and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is licensed real estate agent in the state of California and an investment advisor representative.

She resides outside Sacramento, California with her daughter, dog, cat and 200+ houseplants.

Accomplishments

  • Consults with local and state government officials and organizational leaders on race, gender and identity issues.

  • Designed, developed and ran entrepreneurial incubator for women of color and marginalized women that helped over 100 women of color locally and over 200 women internationally incubate and successfully run new businesses.

  • Created and provided implementation advice on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies for local businesses and government.

​

  • Developed and project managed local and international business education initiatives for underrepresented and marginalized women and girls in four countries.

​

  • Helped over 500 victims of domestic violence, human trafficking and persecution based on gender, religion and orientation and their families live safe and happy lives free of harm and fear.

​

  • Advised local governmental and private businesses on implementing equity policies for communities adversely affected by the “War on Drugs.”

​

  • Built and facilitated cross-cultural business partnerships domestically and internationally.

  • Panelist, Lecturer and Public Speaker on matters pertaining to race, ethnicity, gender and identity.

  • Selected as a TEDx Changemaker and TEDx speaker for my international and local community work in the area of underrepresented women and business.
